The next step would be to stand on your toes and lift your heels to the highest level possible. Hold on to this position till you can comfortably manage. Return to the original position by exhaling at the same time.

Move your arms in the front till the shoulder level. Breathe in to make your lungs get filled by one-third of its capacity. Hold the breath and take your arms above your head. Now take your arms behind your back in a curved circular position. After holding onto this position, move to the original position and at the same time exhale slowly.

Try the following yoga asanas for height growth:-

# Lie down straight on your back, allow the body to rest comfortably. Then slowly stretch your left foot towards your right one and your right foot towards the left one. Stretch lightly, don’t do it too hard. Then bring your foot back to the normal position. Now stretch your right foot towards right and left foot towards left, but follow the earlier guidelines while releasing.

# Lie down on your stomach and chest with your head facing straight. Keep your palms on the ground and take it towards to your hips. From your knees slowly bend your legs from your and lift your legs up. Keep your thigh on the ground to provide you support. Taking your hands backward, try to hold your legs. As much as possible stretch your legs while keeping your torso uplifted. Too much stretching should be avoided, and then relax slowly.

Another effective and proven method to increase height is sports and games. Below are some sports/games that are helpful in increasing height.

Right diet also goes a long way in increasing your height and makes your body stronger. A proper diet for height growth would include protein, iodine, calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
